Other travellers should note the studio was listed as having a washing machine, however there was none in the room but access to a paid, shared machine in building. This fine hotel is located at the east end of the town, within easy walking distance of everything. Free parking is available, which is a good thing in Queenstown. The suites are large and well furnished, and the heating worked fine as the winter got colder. The staff was very helpful on a few occasions. A quirk: The shower head in my room was fixed in the wall at the level of my shoulders (I'm 6'2" = 188cm), so washing my hair required some ducking.
