While the Boab Inn is no Taj Mahal, it is clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. Catered to most taste requirements. The room was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was showing it's age, but everything worked well and the shower water pressure was strong and constant. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Also, security measures made me feel safe. Great stay. Thank you.

Room was tidy but floor wasn’t well cleaned. Tap leaked entire time we were there. (Mentioned it on first night). Staff were polite and friendly. Pool was nice - did our own leaf removal! Air conditioning was a godsend!

Good secure parking,. Old but clean rooms. We were well looked after by all staff members. Microwave oven would of been good as lacking in cooking facilities. We stayed 9 nights whilst waiting for caravan repairs. Would stay there again.

It was okay. Just hard to get into but then it’s really secure. Didn’t like the bond of $200 as there was nothing in the rooms that was worth the bond it pretty basic staff were lovely overall a good place to stay if your not sure of the outback town.

We had two rooms at this property. The property is very old and requires repairs; holes in walls, peeling paint, broken tiles, broken bathroom fixtures. Blood on the wall in one room. Beds old and not in great condition. Shower drain blocked in one of our two rooms. Bedding and linen clean and fresh. Water was hot. Very limited options in Derby.

The drains were blocked in the bathroom. The floor was dirty. The pool did not look swimmable so didn’t risk it. We will not be staying here again. We don’t usually care to much for where we stay, not much bothers us but definitely won’t be back.

Good location. Grumpy man demander a $200 security deposit. Rooms not very well equiped. Friday night music from the hotel was terrible. Could not watch tv or talk on phone. Music went till after 12.00 then patrons spilled out into car park making a lot of noise till about 2.00

No working TV in the room as advertised. We moved room but still the TV was not working. Rooms were in need of maintenance. Reception was quite difficult to get hold of. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
