The hotel was clean and very well kept. I thought it was newer than 12 years. Breakfast was good with plenty of seats. Service excellent.

The hotel was clean and lovely. We stayed at this hotel for the indoor pool only. I even called to verify the pool was indoors and up and running. However, when we arrived the pool was not up and running. Then when we asked why, the front desk was unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and not helpful. I would have loved a call in advance so that we could have made more fun plans for the children. I will stay there again but I was not really happy this time.

Our stay was very comforting and relaxing. All service was superb. Thank you.

I was a little disappointed at my stay, especially considering the tourism focus of the area. Checking in, the man at the desk was more interested in telling me and my wife how he was better qualified to run the establishment than the manager than he was in getting us checked in. On our second day, after being away from the hotel all day, we returned to find that housekeeping hadn't been to our room ~ we'd no toilet paper or clean towels, our bed wasn't made, and when we called down to the desk my wife was told that she would have to come down THERE to get what we needed. The "we're sorry" note in our clean room when we came back from supper didn't really help. No towels at the pool. We needed to get new keys twice over a period of three days because they wouldn't open our room door. I had to reattach the loose, hanging-free grill/cover to the AC unit so it would stop rattling. The horribly misspelled sign about the luggage carts, posted in the elevator, was amusing, I have to say. All in all, it wasn't a BAD visit, but the accumulation of small, management-centric details that were missed make me disinclined to try again, in an area in which my wife honestly fell in love.
