I’ve been staying at this property for over three years last year stayed 70 days. I’ve been a loyal customer and I am still not recognized when I arrive at the property by the front desk staff. I’ve never been offered a free upgrade or a free breakfast Or one night after spending thousands and thousands of dollars at this property. I’ve watched the property steadily go downhill. The beds are extremely old. I pulled the sheets off of them and they’re lumpy and obviously have never been changed or recently changed. This is the second visit in a row where the air conditioning heater unit did not work and it was either freezing or boiling, I had to get up during the night to turn the air conditioning off because I was frozen and then the thermostat never kicked it back when it became boiling in the room. After all these years, they have now lost as a customer and I’ll be trying the new property down the street called the Fairfield Inn. They welcome me with open arms, free breakfast, an amazingly comfortable bed, which is obviously new and no damage inside the room like the last room had, where the wallpaper had been torn away, they had a partial repair and then covered it with drywall. Sad to see this go down so much, but obviously the owner doesn’t care and definitely doesn’t care about keeping steady customers and at least acknowledging them once in a while for all the business that they used to give him because I’m moving on!!
