The cabin that we stayed in was really cute and it had a pull out sofa, so I went with my daughter for holiday weekend. We had our two dogs as well. There are are no curtains at all on the massive front window of the cabin or the kitchenette window so your privacy is minimal and that troubled us, but the bedroom did have adequate curtains.. We were walking our dog in the field by the cabins. There is a public running path across the field. My daughter’s dog alerted to activity across the dark field after 7:30 and we saw a light flash twice so we thought a person might be there . Across the field two nights later, her dog alerted again to activity on the dark field after 7:30 and we saw a light flash twice so we knew a person was there. We stayed away from the right side of that field, and we went inside the cabin, a little uncomfortable because we’re now aware it was lit up so someone could look any side to watch anyone in the cabins from across the field that if there was a person any cabin at night. The next night, snow showed had walked very close to the cabin within a foot of the side perimeter. We commented on it. My daughter was walking her dog out there . That last night we both slept in the bedroom and we both kept the door shut and made sure the cabin was locked. We woke up the next day. More snow had fallen. It was obvious a person had come between 10 PM and 6:30 am , walked up within a foot of the window, looked inside and moved closer to peer inside
