My brother was due to wed my sister-in-law on 3.29.25. He couldn't see her the night before. So, i rented us a room in a neighboring burb. Unfortunately, that room/hotel was under remodel and was atrocious and unfit to be rented in its condition. Within literal minutes of checking in, we checked Right back out. I hopped back onto hotels.com to search for alternate lodging and remembered Country Inn & Suites near TRH restaurant. The Lord must've wanted us to be there because they had just a few rooms left, and we got one. Id written down the names of the two gentlemen/front desk clerks who assisted us but have misplaced it. Still, one greeted us upon arrival on 3.28.25, and he was personable, professional, polite, and very pleasant. In the morning, he'd been replaced on-station by a colleague. On that morning of 3.29.25, everything went well for us at Country Inn & Suites, and much of why wqs the service we were afforded by the gentleman on-duty then. I shared with him why we were there and requested a consideration/accommodation that he did Not owe us but humbly and readily provided to us. Clean, fresh, modern, comfortable accommodations + stellar customer service = our experience at Country Inn & Suites on 3.28.25 to 3.29.25.
