A kind of out of the way location but great staging area for local hikes. The onsite bar and grill for dinner had the best bison burger the single waitress there was exceptional. Rooms were quaint. Great to have a gas station on site as well.

We loved the historic atmosphere here. Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Grand Teton NP. Convenient location. The room was standard with 2 queen beds. Not huge, but big enough to spread out. It was clean and bed was fine. We slept well after long days in the park. Great food in the 2 restaurants. Very friendly staff.

This was a really cute place to stay. We loved the cabin feel and there was a large area and lots of things for the kids to play in/on. The only reason site restaurant was good, a bit overpriced but that’s to be expected for the convenience. The only thing I didn’t like was that you could hear everything happening next door. Traveling with a rambunctious toddler is stressful enough but knowing the neighbors can hear everything made me anxious that the toddler being a toddler was making their stay negative. I would stay again though, maybe when the toddler is a bit older.

This was the perfect property for a stay over between Teton NP and Yellowstone, for our family. Very comfortable bedding and loved the rustic architecture! Staff from check in to breakfast servers were all fantastic and efficient. Would definitely recommend Hatchet Resort!
