El personal nos esperó aunque llegamos muy tarde por un problema con el vehículo. Fueron encantadores y el lugar tiene un alma especial.

Third time we have stayed - always lovely. Period hotel with impressive makeover inside and rooms refurbed to high quality. Food excellent and dog friendly.

This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Oban. We weren’t convinced by the value for money offered from the dining so skipped the £25ph breakfast and returned to Oban.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Spacious bedroom and lounge areas. The covered outdoor hot tub was great. Service was rather mixed - from the mostly proactive, friendly helpful to the slightly 1970s approach to Scottish hospitality whether in attitude to serving or poor restocking of the breakfast buffet. The cooked breakfasts were very good.

Hotel is amazing however the food is not value for money. I had a burger with fries £25.. the burger bun was like a small warburtons bun which the small burget fitted. A mini bot of coleslaw and a few leaves and frozen french fries. The team offer bread and water, not sure if you have to pay for this as this was not communicated

Good location just outside Oban town. Quiet surroundings, nice decor and welcoming staff. We had a good evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Well stocked bar and well appointed rooms.

Beautiful location, very friendly staff. The rooms were smaller then expected and not much in terms of amenities. Good for a one night stay, comfortable bed and beautifully decorated.

This was a lovely and unique experience. The hotel is just a few miles outside Oban but we felt like we were far away, in the beautiful Scottish countryside. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable. We ate at both restaurants and had superior meals every time. They had live music from a local trio one evening in the lounge and they were absolutely delightful! We highly recommend this lovely place!

Our room was beautiful, cozy, clean, and we'll decorated. The staff were so nice and accommodating despite a flight change that left us checking in late and very hungry. They made us sandwiches and we're so kind. The location is wonderful and the property grounds are nice. Excellent breakfast. The continental was very well stocked and the menu items were delicious.
