The front desk staff were truly the highlight of my stay—super sweet and accommodating, especially when I needed to extend my visit. Unfortunately, that's about where the good vibes ended.
The photos of the queen room online must’ve been taken during the hotel’s glory days… or maybe they were just from a different hotel altogether. My room was run down, and none of the shown room amenities seemed to exist. The A/C had a dramatic streak—any time I set it to 70, it would shut off and trip the plug. One night, it even tripped the breaker for just the A/C, so it stopped working completely. No one was at the front desk at 6am when I left for work, so my husband called—and they sent someone into my room without even verifying his identity. Definitely a safety red flag.
They got it running again, but I still couldn’t set it lower than 71 without risking another shutoff. Housekeeping was MIA for all 5 nights—no clean towels, no trash pickup. I asked for fresh towels and was handed just one. Also, there was a big gap under the door, so bugs had a free pass into the room. I ended up stuffing a towel there to keep them out.
The location? Fantastic.
The experience? Not so much. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.
