Perfect from start to finish.

Great stay. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the castle. We enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities, using the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was excellent, with large choice of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Also a good selection of cereals, breads and pastries. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel restaurant which we regret, as we seen the menu when leaving breakfast. Menu was varied and looked reasonably priced. When driving into town the hotel was very easy to find. It has a small car park out front, plus an underground car park.

A PLEASANT SURPRISE

After my previous night’s unsatisfactory accomodation, I breathed a sigh of relief when I walked into my room. Park Dedeman is a very comfortable hotel. It has everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Comfortable, clean, great location, and the shower was amazing. It was a pity that we only stayed for one night, and I would definitely stay here again.

Girişte ve çıkışta hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Hotels.com rezervasyon deneyimim mükemmel. Odalar temiz ancak duvar kâğıtları ve dolap kapakları biraz deforme olmuş. Havuzu kullanamadım çünkü temizlik ve bakım için kapatılmıştı. Türk hamamı ve sauna iyi ve temiz idi. Küçük ama yeterli, temiz bir fitness salonu var. Çalışanlar kibar, nazik, güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Kahvaltı yeterli çoğunlukta, doyurucu ve lezzetli. Sırf Kastamonu lezzetlerini tatmak için öğle yemeği yedik. Otelin hemen yanında avm ve marketler var ve akşam yemeğini avm de yedik. Öğle yemekleri ise merkezde bulunan otantik handa yedik. Yiyecek sıkıntısı asla yaşanmaz. Klima sesi biraz fazla çıkıyordu bu nedenle gece kapattık. Otoparkı olması çok iyi. Akşamları kanal boyunca yürüyüş zevkli idi. Genel anlada iyi bir otel. Kastamonu gezisi için ideal bir tercih. Biz memnun kaldık.
