Realmente estaba todo bien excepto por el baño, el toilet es muy pequeño y el lavamanos esta sumamente bajo, no tiene las medidas normales. Adicionalemnete podrian incluir proteinas en el desayuno que se ofrece en un area donde genelamente se va para practicar actividad fisica es importante encontrar algo de proteinas en el desayuno.

Apparently, the property has just changed hands. So I had reserved this place especially because it had an indoor pool which it no longer offers. The public bathrooms and breakfast eating room were pretty dirty. Trash cans overflowing. There appears to just be one staff member who is really trying his best. The rooms were clean. I believe they are short on staff. They would run out of yogurt and utensils and hot water at breakfast, which was strictly continental. They seem to be working very hard to update and clean the property.Has great potential.

We did not even stay because of the condition. We check in. Stepped into the room and left. Requested a refund due to the cleanliness (or lack of) the floor was peeling up and bed spread looks like they hadn’t been washed in months. Unable to call the location ahead of time. Tried multiple times all week with no answer. Even the hotel.com could not get ahold of them. Do not recommend.

The property on the outside could use some work with cleanliness and repairs to the stairs, pool, and exterior. However, the room was spacious, well-equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable and they have done a lot to upgrade and restore the interior rooms. I would stay again. You just have to get past the underwhelming curb appeal. The front desk staff were super nice and welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gentleman said they were in process of renovation...neither pool available, breakfast limited... exterior kinda dirty. A lot of potential, but a lot of work still to do. Room was clean. For the price, it checked the box.

Clean, spacious room. Small bathroom. Good water pressure in shower, but curtain not long enough to keep from flapping in. Sorry breakfast - evidently used to be the best breakfast around but now doesn't have any protein at all. Cereal, bread, juice, coffee, apples, waffles only. Yogurt machine was broken or just empty. Great location - we walked to dinner most nights. Easy, quick drive to Mesa Verde.

The place is in disarray. Broken glass pipe and old food rotting next to the staircase to my room. Hair and dirt in the corners and in the heater in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets. Room floor had some gross unclean stuck stuff on the floor. Pool empty and not working. WiFi not working. The safety chain on the door was hanging by one screw. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Should have followed my intuition when I booked. It used to be a Best western and they are using their logo stuff but it’s nothing like a BW.

The rooms were nice and clean. the lady at the front desk was super helpful. We will stay there again if we ever come through again.
