El hotel es nuevo, está muy limpio y tiene muchos restaurantes y playas alrededor. El desayuno tiene productos locales de gran calidad servidos por un chico majísimo. El personal de todo el hotel es encantador.

Very modern hotel, just a short walk to the stunning beach. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful time (eg helping us plan our trip to the ferry). The only downside (and it’s not the fault of the property) is that there’s lots of construction going on nearby to build more properties. This wasn’t an issue when sunbathing outside at the hotel, it’s just something you notice when walking out and about. The whole area is very up-and-coming, so can see they’re trying to get everything functional for summer. Overall we had a great stay and can recommend! :) thanks for having us and making our stay in Ksamil memorable.

Das Hotel hat uns rundum überzeugt! Besonders der Poolbereich war ein Highlight – sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit ausreichend Liegen. Perfekt, um nach einem Ausflug zu entspannen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.

Fantastic stay! We felt like we were staying with our family. Perfect location, walkable to beaches and dining options. Very clean and delicious homemade breakfast. The owners went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. We will be back!

The staff and workers were wonderful. But the owner was a little money hungry. We needed a room one more night to our stay. And went to talk to front desk early morning of check out. He said he doesn’t have anything available but said wait because he might have something available. After waiting 4 hours he comes to use and says I have a room for 600 euro. But when I looked online the room is available for 180 dollars for two nights. We try to explain to him we need the room till ten pm and he says give me 140 euro and the room is yours so we just left. AND AGAIN THE STAFF THAT WORKED THERE WHERE WONDERFUL!!! Top choice

This family run modern hotel is in an ideal location very close to the beach(150m) and to bars a restaurants but also a quiet spot at the end of a Cul de sac with ample parking. We had a suite with huge terrace and panoramic views to the sea. We will definitely choose this hotel again if the opportunity came along to visit Ksamil again. It such a beautiful place and the Albanian people so friendly and helpful

Das Hotel ist recht neu und die Einrichtungen waren somit in gutem Zustand. Das war es aber auch schon mit den positiven Eindrücken. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht – die Ernüchterung kam allerdings sofort beim Öffnen der Tür. Der versprochene „Meerblick“ bestand lediglich aus einem kleinen Stückchen Wasser, das man hinter einem Parkplatz und Sportplatz erahnen konnte. Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuschend. Im Badezimmer fehlten Ablagen und Haken für Handtücher, insgesamt wirkte die Einrichtung eher zweckmäßig, jedoch keinesfalls passend für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Es gab zudem keine Gläser und keine Möglichkeit der Kaffee-/Teezubereitung. Das WLAN war im Zimmer nicht nutzbar, weil kein Empfang. Die bereitgestellten Handtücher wiesen unappetitliche Flecken auf. Auch das Frühstück konnte nur bedingt überzeugen – wir mögen keine kalte Spiegeleier ;) Das Personal war freundlich und stets bemüht. Für uns steht fest: Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.
