Loved this resort. The staff & services were top notch!!! Exceptional views from our hotel room. Plus the views from the main building sitting areas & restaurants. Nice beach - smallish - however, it was the right size for the September shoulder month crowds. The resort is in the midst of an ownership change soon. Plans may include shutdown for several months for upgrades & renovations to the property. There is alot of rumors about the next steps - I won’t repeat since I heard a lot of contradicting info. The professionalism & positive attitude of the staff was impressive & appreciated. Loved the food at both restaurants (indoor & Outdoor seating available). We were happy to pay for the addition of the Meal Plan to include Dinner at either restaurants. Reservations required at Ocean Grill.

Pompano is a good value for a family. Beautiful but basic beach, pool, and hot tubs. Lobby, lounge/bar, game room, and gym were serviceable. The food was very good for the price of the meal plan. That said, there are some rough edges to the resort and many things need updating/repair. I would still recommend Pompano, especially for a family.

Wonderful! A family owned resort that not only has beautiful panoramic views but excels in making everyone feel welcomed. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Greeted by everyone with a smile and always took time to talk with all of the hotel guests. We were greeted by the resort owners, Larry and Tom upon our arrival with Larry providing us with a resort tour and history of this lovely multi generational resort. We met many guests who were repeat customers which says a lot about The Pompano Beach Resort. Our trip to Bermuda could not have been better.

All the locals we talk with recognized Pompano Beach Club as authentic Bermudian service with best beach on the island. The property and staff were wonderful. Extremely friendly staff treat you like family. Most of the staff have been there for years and we were very impressed with the rooms and the amenities. We would definitely come back. This one is a hidden gem on the south end of the island. No need to dine out—get the meal package and spare yourself from Bermuda price$.

The view of the water and private beach are great! The dinners at the two restaurants were fabulous! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to CiCi and Linda for our fast shuttle service with a smile. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location, in depth ocean swimming out for 400 metres. Excellent menus, we stayed 15 nights and always found plenty we liked, choice of 5 starters and 7/8 mains every night. Weekly bbq grill was superb and breakfast switched regularly from buffet to alacarte. Staff could not be more helpful and owner always around and happy to chat.
