Ok for the value, AC didn't work well.

The staff were very friendly. It pool is really nice and a great design. Had some issues with the AC, the unit had not been turned on and with I'd almost 100 outside it never cooled off well the first night. The second night it was fine once everything in the room got to temperature.

Exceedingly average. If you need a place to stay for 9 hours overnight this is it. Beyond that, keep looking. The motel really shows it age. Skip the breakfast.

The only room available was a smoking room. Check in was listed at 2 pm, we arrived at 1:45 and were told we couldn’t check in until 3. The bathroom in the lobby was gross and not clean and had no toilet paper. We did not stay at the hotel.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff; the black leather overstuffed loveseat is a throwback to the 90’s and needs to go. In fact, all the furniture could stand to be updated. The locally roasted coffee in the lobby was excellent and an unexpected treat though—a real surprise at a motel chain! There are only a couple of options in tiny Navasota but the BW met the need.
