Generally, the room was fine. We were happy to receive a newspaper. The continental breakfast left us cold: muffins, bagels, and waffles. No eggs, yogurt or meat that we could find.

We came to Seattle for a day and ended up staying two. At The Loyal Inn. It’s a basic hotel but very good location, clean and friendly staff. We hopped to have a warm basic buffet breakfast but was it was not. I guess it would have increased the cost per night. We stayed in two different rooms and both had terrible beds - we did not report this to the reception, not sure why... however as I said over all, good place to stay.

Llegamos y el elevador no funcionaba, el cuarto olia raro como viejo, el desayuno todos los dias lo mismo, me aplicaron un descuento por no funcionar el elevador pero una de las habitaciones que reserve para discapacitados no estuvo disponible

Don't judge by the cover

Common areas are not the prettiest but the rooms are nice, very clean, comfortable, and it's close to a lot of things! I would stay there again.

Lo que compré en hoteles no es lo que se dio

Compre por hoteles.com una pieza de 2 camas dobles. Llegue al hotel y me dijeron que para ellos eso significaba una cama doble. Después de alegar y que nadie me diera una solución, solo me dieron una pieza con una sola cama y no es lo que compré por esta página. Por favor darme una solución porque pague otra cosa de lo que me dieron.

Best location/affordable hotel in Seattle!

Staff was so sweet and actually remember us as we stay here often. The location is excellent, the room was wonderful. I’ve been staying her since 2002 and will continue to do so!

The property itself was decent, but we had a bunch of kids in the room above us who thought it would be "fun" to jump on the beds, yell, stomp and basically keep us awake until the early morning hours all three nights we were there. There was obviously NO adult supervision going on. Someone was also trying to get into our room during the middle of the night and it sacred the living daylights out of my Mother and Aunt who are both elderly. We called down to the front desk twice, but no one seemed to do anything about it. There needs to be more consequences to rude behavior and the disrespect to the other guests who are staying in your hotel. We paid a lot of money to basically never have a nice night of sleep. :(

Made reservations for Valentine's evening. Was all hyped up for the 24 hr hot tub.which I had Called twice about before arriving on two separate days. Checked into my room about 445 pm was again told about the 24 hr tub by the Front Desk Agent. Go put my luggage away in our room, and go check out this tub..... Just to see an OUT OF ORDER for maintenance!! Are you serious! I paid 150.22 to stay here just because of the tub.... I even bought insurance if needed to cancel up until check in....though i Was thinking ahead, just got over the flu. So wanted a nice evening.very very disappointed with the hospitality here. They could have and should have let me know about the hot tub. Given me the opportunity to cancel and relocate. I work for a motel and know how this hot tub maintenance should have been handled. Front Desk has to wait for mgr. Expedia gave me a measly 50$ coupon.
