The furniture in the room was incredibly uncomfortable plus we couldn't shut the blackout curtains and we had a streetlight just outside our window....if you're not going to do housekeeping for a multi day stay that's fine but at least have a towel rack.
Overall this is a nice property. This hotel was chosen because Of location and also that they offered a hot buffet breakfast. However, due to COVID-19 the breakfast was a grab and go and items were limited.
It was clean and the room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. Not much to choose from at breakfast and our bathroom floor was so sticky we could hardly walk on it. Internet never did work.

Ideally located to get to Mt Rushmore and back. Was disappointed there were only 2 hooks in the whole room and those were on the other side of the bathroom door!! There needs to be hooks on both sides of the door or somewhere in close proximity to the mirror...! The bedspread looked old and used...no extra blankets cld be found....GREAT coffee!! We lost our plaid thermos there if it happens to show up let us know!
the room was not as nice as expected. the TV was very small and service was in and out so we couldn't relax in the evening and watch tv. There was mold on the ceiling and the bathtub was very tiny - narrow.
Hotel was clean just disappointed in the pool, closed due to cleaning. No mask mandate observed.
The room was very clean and spacious. Quality towels and bedding. The staff that check me in was kind of unprofessional though. She kept talking to another staff member and some guy hanging around the deak while she was doing my check in process.
It was good, but had dead beetles around the pool area, and a lot of dirt tracking throughout the hotel on the carpet. It was pretty bad. There was also a lack of decent choices in the breakfast area for food. They could have provided many more options like yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc. They didn't clean our room our full stay, and said to request if we needed anything. We just let it all pile up. Towels and trash, but it seemed to be poor practice. Perhaps having laundry and trash bins at the end of hallways would have been a better option.
We arrived only to be put in the wrong room after completely unloading all of our items, and were told they didn’t have any other rooms available for us that would fit our family. We were told they could do nothing to help us and sent out the door. Thankfully, they did refund us, and we were able to find another hotel that night, but we were disappointed with their customer service and how the situation was handled.
