Stay was fantastic in Florence. The location is perfect, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They think about any detail and will make you feel happy and comfortable all the time. Good people, big hearts. Also, the hotel was incredible!

The staff at the hotel where great and very professional and made our stay that much more enjoyable. This charming hotel is in great location, 15 mins for airport and 1 block away from main train station in Florance. Beautiful hotel located very close to both the train station and Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Rooms were spacious nice. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room did not seem to have air conditioning so we slept with the window open with noise from street and mosquitos. In hindsight, should have asked the staff for a solution that did not involve the window.
