Breakfast buffet was almost empty at 9am. The other elevator did not work and we had to ask whether the lift for the personnel could be used. There was looooong line to elevator after the concert.

Easy check in, really comfortable bed, blackout blinds, quiet area and good location. Only downside was the bedroom walls are grey and look like concrete- little bit dark and depressing but all good apart from that and good value.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Staff very helpful as well. My second stay here as a 5 minute walk from the entrance to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Great area with lots of shopping and dining options as well. Not too far from the underground station as well.

I've stayed here a few times when I've visited London and whilst its a 15 - 20 minute walk from the tube station its worth the walk when you consider how quick / easy it is to get to central London on the Metropolitan Line from Wembley. Its a reasonably safe, quiet and clean hotel situated near shops, cafes and restaurants with pleasant / helpful staff - I have used this as my first choice of places to stay in the city for a few years now.
