Overall we had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were on the smaller side, but didn't feel cramped. They were clean, modern enough, and the bathroom was fairly spacious. The bed comfortable enough, and there was a decent sized TV should you wish to use it (we didn't).
Well located and within walking distance of attractions like Lombard Street and Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 39. Union Square and China Town are also within walking distance, albeit a little further away.
The hotel is on a very busy road, so the noise may bother some people. We were so tired from all of the walking and travelling that it didn't bother us at all.
Parking is very tight, particularly as we had a RAM truck, but the receptionist came out at helped us squeeze into a space, which was much appreciated.
Overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel for short stay in San Francisco, as we both felt that it was well priced (given that it was also July 4th), clean, and conveniently located.
