Upon check in, was informed of a daily fee to park car in hotel parking lot. This should have been disclosed in advance. There was a junk car full of garbage! Full to the roof (except for the drivers seat)! This car did not have the purchased parking pass and when I asked the concierge, he said it belonged to a guest and that he didn't know why some had a paid parking pass and some didn't. We also requested connecting rooms. Called multiple times prior to arrival to ensure we got them since we were traveling as a family with children. Upon arrival, there were not only no connecting rooms, we didn't even get rooms next to each other. For $2000 for 3 nights, we should have been able to have our room next to our children's room. And for that price, why did I have to cough up an extra $10 per day to have my car in their parking lot? The hotel was housing some people displaced by a fire so there were many, many people sitting outside the front door, in their pajamas, smoking and hanging out. Probably why I lost my connecting rooms. Again, I paid a lot of money and because the hotel had a change of circumstance, it should not have affected me.
