If i could give this place a negative rating I would. Cockroaches, ac unit makes a loud sound (had to switch rooms), furniture belongs in the garbage, there isnt a light, lampshade, or outlet cover thats straight, people smoking weed with their room windows open (yes, they open), locks broken, big gap under door, hot water doesnt work - until it does, dirty, pool closed, exterior is unkempt. There is nothing good about this hotel. This is me telling you about my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff was very nice and it had very comfortable beds and rooms I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is stopping by in this small town of Burlington it is located in a semi remote location but it's close enough to stores markets gas stations etc
