The check in staff were kind and helpful. I had to move rooms due to a light switch being broke, and a track light wouldn’t shut off. 1st room WASN’T great. The next room was dirty, hair on the shower curtain, and on the sink, not sure what was on the ceiling and bathroom door jam, and behind the toilet-gross. The chair had multiple stains. No hot water to shower, super fast shower. I slept in my coat with my blanket cause the heat didn’t work. Told the front desk upon checkout, said they’d let maintenance and management know. You get what you pay for. I’ll be paying the extra $100 or whatever it is to stay elsewhere.
