The ac in the room didn't work and both the sinks continuously dripped, which was annoying when trying to sleep and the pool was closed for maintenance, which again, was annoying but the end of world. The stuff here are great and we're all super friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location making it really easy to get around. The room was a decent size and even had a little balcony which was great for us. I honestly would have expected the nightly rate to be higher after staying there but am glad it's not and will definitely be staying there next time I'm in Idaho.

The Red Lion is a very good value for the money. With that said, it is old, the hallways are dirty, everything in well worn. Pros: The staff is great. Super location and my room was clean. Cons: the hallways were dirty, the tv didn't work and you look into the laundry room from the lobby/check in. I will stay here by myself for business to save money but would not recommend it and would not bring my family here.

I have been staying here for the past 4 months for work Mon-Thurs. You honestly can't beat the rate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a problem with something in my room (simple maintenance), they got someone up there right away to take care of it. The beds are pretty comfortable (I had a king). The only real issue I had was with the heater/ac, not a deal breaker, but something that should be looked at. Overall, my experience is a good one. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you to all the staff! P.S. The breakfast is pretty good. Not just coffee and cold food. Each day they do something nice and hot.
