Too hot, they need more fans or A/C in lobby area, show room, and night bar. They also need more staff at bar at night. There was like 50 people at bar with long line and only 1 bartender in horrible heat, we could not enjoy there amenities, they did not have the proper ventilation or staff.

Experiencia en el Hotel Tesoro Manzanillo

Comenzamos des de recepción, para poder realizar el check in, en promedio una hora ya que había solo 2 recepcionistas, En las habitaciones lo colchones de muy mala calidad termina uno todo adolorido, y las almohadas pésimas ya que ni siquiera era una almohada era un cojín, en limpieza de las habitaciones pésima, ya que nunca realizaron el aseo solo tendían la cama y sacan la basura, por otra parte de los restaurant poco personal para la cantidad de huésped y eso hacía que el personal no fuera lo más amable, algunos te atendían muy mal, en los alimentos poca variedad de alimentos, y había recalentados todo el tiempo hasta que se terminaban, Por otra parte en las albercas hay una situación que me llamo mucho la atención ya que el cloro lo realizaban en el transcurso del día no importando que la alberca estuviera llena, con el olor de cloro tan fuerte y muchos niños en las albercas no toman en cuenta, que puede ser dañar la salud sobre todo en los bebes en cuanto a irritaciones en la piel, El internet malo ya que te tienes que registrar en la pagina y el correo con la contraseña llego 2 días después, Puntos a favor el hotel tiene una muy bonita vista, pero no es un hotel que a lo mucho llegaría a 3 estrellas, bastante desilusionado en cuanto a lo esperado.

El personal no es amable. Normalmente estoy acostumbrada a que en los hoteles que voy. Siempre que encuentras a un servidor te resiben con una sonrisa. La comida no esta tan buena metanle mas empeño, tuve dos visitantes para la cena y entró al baño de mi habitación porque afuera habia mucha gente y nos marcaron para decir que si los encontraban adentro era multa. Total que los empleados andaban detras de nosotros por los invitados para que no anduvieran consumiendo bebidas. La fila para una bebida super larga . . Hace mucha calor en las areas comunes. Como en el bufet y fuera de tu habitación. En la cena no tuvimos mesero. En el area de albercas hacen falta meseros para no estar esperando todo el tiempo en la fila del bar.
