The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel is in a great location. We loved the coffee shop off the lobby and indoor hot tubs!

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. The view was amazing. Only draw back was that it was loud at night with people walking down the road in front of the hotel or hanging out on balconies. Still a good stay and loved being in Banff.

Our room was exceptionally clean. Can't beat the location - just steps to restaurants, shops, and transit. The staff was friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to an issue we had with lack of hot water in the shower - problem fixed in less than 30 minutes of notification. Unfortunately we didn't use the pools so I can't comment about that amenity. Parking our rental car was easy and convenient. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel.

The rooms are fairly large, clean and comfortable. The pool areas and restaurant/cafe were also major highlights. Staff very helpful and courteous The location was perfect. About a 3-5 minute walk to the main strip with transit, shopping and restaurants.

My partner and I really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, and having access to the pool was a great bonus. The only downside was the check-in process. Despite having paid for our stay in advance, the staff initially couldn’t find our reservation. It turned out to be a system error, as the last name on the booking was correct but the first name appeared to be different. The situation was quite frustrating, as it took some time to sort out, but thankfully, everything was eventually resolved. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider coming back!

We loved everything about this hotel from the lobby to our room … and the jacuzzi hot tub. The Mountain View’s from the room were amazing. The staff gave us text access to connect with any needs and were very responsive. The beds were comfortable, and the room was decorated perfectly. The hotel is in a great location that give you great walk ability to Banff.

I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are spacious and well designed. The lobby/cafe has a hostel vibe, but the rooms are great.
