Jag och min familj var väldigt nöjda med boendet. Jättetrevligt värd som lät oss checka in tidigare. Lägenheten var nyrenoverad, jättefräsch och utrustad med allt som vi behövde för vår vistelse. Bra läge med några minuters promenad till gamla stan. Vi uppskattade också närheten till bad. Mysigt balkong med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och Dubrovnik!

This apartment was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the old town from the balcony. The apartment is fully stocked with all essentials and was immaculately clean on arrival. Our host Lidija was fantastic providing clear instructions on how to check in and always on hand to answer questions we had. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs 4 flights to the apartment block and on the 4th floor with no lift but if you can manage these you will not be disappointed.

Great clean apartment with plenty of space and facilities. View from balcony is great and catches the sun nicely. Excellent communication with host via Whatsapp before and during. Wasnt an issue for us, but access to the property is via lots of stairs and then you are walking up 4 flights as well to the apartment (as no lift) so just one to watch out for if stairs are an issue for you.

The unit itself was EXCELLENT and the view from the balcony is AMAZING!!! The unit had everything we needed, was extremely clean and modern. The reason for the lower rating was the fact that there is NOTHING in the listing about the stairs you need to navigate to get to the place, there is A LOT and then you get to the building and you have to go up to the fourth floor and there is no elevator. If I knew that ahead of time I would have been much less annoyed. To soften the blow they could mention that there is another set of stairs to the left of the building that are very convenient to use to get to Old Town and the Beach and much less of an ordeal. If you have mobility issues this place is not for you. Please, just be upfront in your listing! All that said, I would absolutely recommend it (but tell them about the initial stair experience) and I personally would stay here again.

The property was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was a 10 minute walk into old town. The beach is a very short walk away, with beautiful clear water. Supermarket above and below the apartment. There a quite a few stairs but the apartment and especially the view is worth it. I absolutely loved it and would definitely come back.

The best view in whole Dubrovnik

The apartment was more than we expected. Very fresh, nicely cleaned and had everything we needed. The view is the most majestic view you can get in Dubrovnik! We loved sitting on balcony and admire sunsets and the beautiful old town. Contact with Lidija was was very good and she was helpful both before the trip, during the check in and after. We even managed to find free parking spot next to the apartment thanks to her. The apartment has all amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, very nice big shower, coffee maker with pods and so on. We didn't miss a thing! It was very short walking distance to old town and honestly with not that many stairs considering that we are in Dubrovnik. We would love to be back one day.

Anyway the apartment is nice , well equiped with a wonderful view , we suffer a lot to check in and check out with our luggages because lot of stair to arrive the building and after another 4 floors ( no elevator ) . Believe me more then 170 stairs in and out . I recconend this apartment for young people just with light carry or luggages. Also shower as we were 4 of family after 1st shower water become not hot , needs wait for some minutes to take another one. We finally paid extra charges with a porter luggage service to check out from building down to the street . Please read carefully before you book this apartment

고진감래. 170개의 계단 후에 볼 수 있는 fantastic view

장단점이 확실한 숙소입니다. 우선 건물로 가기 위해 골목의 돌계단을 100개 오르고 건물 안에서 70 개를 더 올라서 숙소에 가야 합니다. 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐 올리는데 힘들어요.하지만 그 모든 것들을 용서 할 수 있는 테라스의 멋진 뷰가 있습니다. 아침마다 해뜨는 것을 봤는데 정말 멋있고 올드타운이 한 눈에 보여서 경이로운 풍경이였습니다. 식기류가 다 준비 되어 있고 세탁기도 있어서 시설이 매우 편리했습니다. 수만은 계단을 감당할 수 있으신 분들만 예약 하세요.
