Hotel was great. Worth driving from Rhinelander to stay. We were at a tournament in Rhinelander. This hotel was rated higher than the Rhinelander hotels and was much cheaper. Other tournament families stayed at Rhinelander hotels and were not happy. Glad we decided to go here.

This is a basic hotel in a small town so set your expectations there. The hotel is currently having some renovations done which are nice. The pool area was great for the kids. Breakfast is lackluster. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable.

Comfortable stay

This hotel was in the process of being remodeled. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It looked like the rooms had been recently remodeled with fresh paint and new carpet and furniture. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast that was included could have been a bit better with some additional choices and some fruit.. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Lots of parking and easy access. Staff was friendly, room was clean and air was on to a cool 68 deg. Fidge was on and cool but had to turn it colder for medication and cold drinks. But most placrs do turn the warmer between stays. The breakfast room is in the lobby , hardly anyone in the hotel but we got stuck with very noisy children next to our room.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a last second booking due to originally having a horrible experience at a different hotel. The location was a little far as we wanted to b closer to Minocqua, but was totally worth it. All the staff we encountered during our stay were attentive and kind. The hotel was nicely updated and our room was awesome! It was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The offered breakfast was very good and they had a nice selection. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The hot tub was closed the evening of our arrival, but was promptly fixed and back open during the following day. We will definitely be coming back!

Not many choices in town. Nothing wrong with the hotel. Breakfast attendant was not keeping the “eggs and sausage” stocked. It was just low quality microwave eggs and sausage. I got the last few and then it just sat empty for 15-20 minutes as others came down for breakfast.

My door did not shut properly. I had to yank on it to have it close. The room was clean, but had a strange odor like it had been a smoking room???? The water pressure was horrible. I had to pull hard and hold for quite a bit to get the water to come out of the showerhead. The pool room was just way too hot to even use the pool or hot tub. In the winter that might be nice, but not in the summer. The staff was absolutely the best. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast meal was great and had many options. It was easy to park and get into the building. It was very clean and nothing look old or worn out. The price was reasonable and so I would probably stay again.
