The building needs to be painted, badly. The exterior is peeling on all of the light colored part of the building. I saw the pool open one evening out of the 2 weeks I was there. I chose this location because of the chain name and my experience at other Baymonts. This site needs freshening up, inside and out

I wasn’t even able to stay because check-in closed at 11 PM. I’m a flight attendant, and due to this situation I had to sleep in my car. And now I can’t even get a refund? This is very disappointing customer service.

Lady at the front desk was nice and very helpful but the property over all was pretty trashy and our room was absolutely disgusting

Towel laid over the tub with soaps, right in front of the gross tub
Disgusting bath tub, mold and grime/grease and whatever other stuff was festering in it

The whole place needs an update the curtains in the room has burn wholes and needs new passing in the room the hallway needs to be fixed and it wasn’t that clean there was 2 roaches in my room when I got up the And there was no cable there internet didn’t work you had to program the tv just to watch it the staff didn’t really seem to care how the place looked

The clerk was very helpful. The property needs some major TLC. It seemed there were an extreme amount of people that had taken up residence in the hotel. Although these people were not rude, they were hanging out near the front door, leaving me with a feeling of being an intruder.

Checked into this property with my daughters for a two night stay, once it got dark the cockroach’s came out, room was disgusting and stink like piss!. When I finally located the person at the desk she instantly apologized and offered a refund said she would approve it when booking agent called but never did, this place is digesting along with the clientele would not recommend anyone stay here infact it shoukd be removed from Expedia and condemned by the city of Franklin, Indiana!!

OMG

The best part was the room was mostly clean. But it run down, noisy, bath room faucet needs repaired, but you can rent for the week for $350. NOT US. As we realized to late that it was Indy 500 weekend, We can see why it was last room in the area.
