Rooms were clean and comfortable. Guest service was nice. Breakfast needs improving, mediocre at best. Hotel location and property is a little sketchy. Disturbing incident with unruly guest at night. Didn’t feel safe.

The place was in the midst of a major renovation, rooms should have been half price. Breakfast was poor quality

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awful. Plastic containers of dry cereal, shrink-wrapped pastries, and instant oatmeal packets. For a hotel that charges nearly $200/night, I expected more and better.

The room was ready for my stay. The electric outlet in the bathroom is badly worn as half of it is unusable.

Needs updating, cleanliness could have been better. People live there. It was loud

Stains on bedding nasty shower kids kicking a soccer ball on the building. Should of been 20 dollars a night not 200

The hotel was close to Wachusett Mountain & not very pricey, so it was very convenient. However it smelled of cigarettes throughout the entire hotel & my room had a huge stain on the rug in front of the bathroom and the top cover had blood on it. The walls are paper thin & you can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms on each side. The front desk people are nice aswell as the cleaning lady and the hotel is located next to a gas station, Wendy's & other store's.

Not a good value, won't stay here again

Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, room carpet has massive red stains all over floor, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was terrible and very sparse. Couldn't even get jam for toast. If you're looking for low end with no frills, this is your place.

Indoor smoking should be eliminated. Entire hallways smelled of old smoke.

The owner or manager has the personality of a grapefruit. No apologies for ripped out ceilings, plastic floowaus, no coffee, no breakfast. Terrible.

I only like the area, but when they put me in a room with no heat , they change my room, but I feel I should receive some kind of discount , because I was freezing and uncomfortable in my room.

There were hairs all over the shower and stuck on the Styrofoam cups in our room. Blankets were not thick enough to keep us warm on the chilly winter night.
