The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room comfort was excellent. The property was a little dated. However, they were in the process of doing renovations. I am sure when they are finished it will be top-notch. I would definitely rebook this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet. Complimentary breakfast included. We Only complaint is that a few things were out of order. It was difficult to grab the detergent soap from the soap dispenser. You have to stick your hand in there. Other than that, our stay was good.

The stay overall was fair. The lobby and kitchen area were well maintained. Our room (3 queen beds) was ok. The floors were not 100% vacuumed as there were crumbs etc on the floor. The headboard on one bed was clearly broken, the outlets on the lamps next to the beds did not work, the freezer portion of our fridge had mold or old food that was not cleaned/wiped away and we had half a roll of TP upon arrival for 5 ppl and the sink drain was so very slow. The room was dated with a stained ceiling (clearly a previous leak issue) over one of the beds and peeling wallpaper. When I called to ask for another roll of TP, I was told I needed to go to the front desk to get it myself. The staff was friendly, check in was easy, I felt safe and it was quiet but lobby/kitchen area smelled of smoke. Convenient location for those visiting Salem/Boston that cant find a room directly in those towns. In the future I'm not sure I would consider staying here unless some updates were made to the property.
