Staff was amazing, super friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was good. We didn’t get to check out the pool unfortunately we were too busy. However my only complaint was there was an issue with WiFi the first night for a hour or so and then it was resolved. Other than that, great .

Overall, you can tell the hotel is a bit older and the bed had a slight bit of sagging, but the room was clean. No bugs. The water was hot. Everything worked. overall, I thought it was a good value for the money. My only other complaint: inside the room you can hear the noise from the highway, but it didn't significantly disturb me.

The pool and fitness center were closed. The breakfast was a joke. Hard boiled eggs with shells on and French fries. Emergency stairs were locked and bolted. Elevator broke on our check out day. No ironing board even after multiple requests. Was informed I wasn’t allowed 4 people in my room with 2 queen beds. If management found out apparently I would have been forced to get another room. It was myself, my husband, and our 2 young sons. Signs all over the place stating it’s forbidden to take breakfast to your room. Like I would considering how crappy the breakfast was. This place was old and not updated. Broken toilet paper holder. Security lock broke on our door.
