Bathroom disgusting. raw drywall patches (no tape, no mud, no sealant, no paint) in the shower, shower head was at 5' 4", so water hit you in the mouth... lots of grout missing in floor tiles (sharp edges), shower curtain let the water get all over the bathroom (and it was smaller than a japanese toilet room).
The only heat was a 1960s style heat/AC wall unit, that sounded like it was grinding steel all night (when heating in December), and was 8" from the bed, so the person on that side of that bed roasted, and the rest of the room was still cold. Beds were decently comfortable, but that's the ONLY good thing. Noise from other rooms was VERY evident.
Front desk staff was uncaring, didn't tell us how to GET to the room, just essentially tossed the keys to us. no mention of the free breakfast at all, so we didn't get it (cuz we forgot about everything but the funeral we were there for), no mention of ANY other amenities.
no amenities in the room. no coffee maker or hot pot.
Literally just walls, bed, toilet, and shower. at least the towels and sheets weren't sticky.
