We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Palms while celebrating a milestone birthday. The accommodations were beautiful and the staff were very attentive. The shuttle service to downtown/bus station/ferry in Hamilton was very convenient and utilized daily. The restaurant onsite was upscale and delicious. We highly recommend staying here instead of one of the huge impersonal hotels.

We absolutely loved our stay—the property was gorgeous and our room was spacious, quiet and private. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. I will be recommending this property for other travelers, it’s a great location to Hamilton and the service is top notch!

Royal Palms is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Even before arriving, Claire was extra helpful in answering my questions, making fantastic recommendations, and helping me plan a memorable trip for my fiancee's birthday. The entire staff there is warm, inviting, friendly, and as helpful as can be. The grounds are beautiful, the hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the room we were in was very cozy. It was also perfect location-wise. We were close enough to the Front Street city area where it was just a short walk down a back road to get there and see the beautiful shops and restaurants along the water, yet still far enough away where the nights were peaceful and we got a good night's rest. Plus an added bonus: there are actual aloe plants on the grounds they will cut and give to you if you get a little too much sun. They are absolutely above and beyond with everything they do there and they all strive to make very day amazing. I look forward to going back.
