Very nice place to stay for a few days. I communicated with the host on Whatsapp before arrival and they provided me with access info so we never actually met. When I asked if I could leave my backpack for a couple of hours on check out day, they were kind enough to allow this. The room itself is great - comfortable with lots of closet space and a nice little coffee stay and table and chairs. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Just down the road from Lapad Beach and across the street from a bus station which takes you straight to the old town, although it's also an easy walk to the old town if you don't mind a pleasant hourlong stroll with lots of pretty coastal views on the way. No issues whatsoever, good value for money, highly recommend.
