I stayed at this hotel for 1 night, and I'm glad it was only 1 night. While the room was decent, the construction made it very difficult to not only find the entrance to the hotel, but navigation inside was very confusing. I was willing to let that go, but a few weeks after returning home I realized I was missing a few things so I called the hotel to see if maybe I left them behind. It turns out I did, and they offered to mail them back to me if I pay for shipping through a 3rd part company. I paid the shipping, but here we are a week after speaking to them and the company they use to pay the shipping cost says that the hotel has not even printed the shipping label yet. They told me that they have contacted the hotel to remind them it has been paid, and I called yesterday and left a voicemail because no one answered the phone, but no call back. I'm starting to think I'm never going to get my items returned, AND I wasted another $30 on shipping. Had the hotel notified me that I left these items behind once room service turned over my room, I could have just come back to the hotel to pick them up, but no, it took me having to call several weeks later to find out that they had it. This is terrible customer service.
