I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Vendôme in Nice, and a huge part of that was thanks to Carla on reception. From the moment I arrived, she offered such a warm and genuine welcome that instantly put me at ease — something I really appreciated as a solo traveller. Carla was supportive, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and her kindness made me feel truly looked after. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such warmth and professionalism to their role, and the hotel is very lucky to have her. She is a real asset to the team. Because of Carla, I would happily return to Hotel Vendôme. For any future travellers: if you have the pleasure of being greeted by Carla, you’ll be in very good hands. She is a wonderful host and made my experience memorable for all the right reasons.

The rooms were all unique and the lobby and hallways were beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful and we were very happy with our room. Our only complaint is when we stayed on the first floor above the lobby, the door was not insulated so we heard guests and staff very late and early.

I loved this hotel. Amazing reception/bar staff, great breakfast and really nice rooms. I was here for a conference so wasnt in the hotel much in the day but enjoyed their breakfasts and the fact that they had a nice little bar that you could get drinks from. Super helpful and friendly staff.
