The facility is basically clean and the rate is reasonable for the area. However, there are a few things that need significant improvement.
1. When I arrived at the hotel around 11:50 pm on 2/18/2025, the night-shift staff was nowhere to be seen near the front desk and the front door was locked. I had to use the intercom to call. I hit the intercom twice. A few minutes later, the night shift staff showed behind the desk and opened the door for me. She greeted me with a scolding voice that I made the intercom to loud to hurt her ears. This really pissed me off. This is a huge disappointment. I told her she should have been behind the desk at that hour. That way, I did not need to use the intercom.
2. The next morning around 10:20am, we were trying to take a shower. The warmest water's temperature could not be up to a normal warm temperature even after waiting for about 10 minutes. BTW, our room was on the 3rd floor. Instead, I decided not taking the shower.
3. The breakfast choices are limited. However, the place to eat the breakfast was dingy and kept clean.
4. On my way out, the front desk staff left a note at the desk saying she was doing something else and therefore no one was there.
Overall, the nightshift staff should not have been worked there and there is quite some space for improvement.
