For a hotel rated with 4 stars, I expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy. We stayed for 2 nights (Thursday/Friday). Our room was 'cleaned' Friday. However, it was more of a "straighten up" - our bed was not remade - it was just straightened up and our pillows were not freshened. The decorative pillows were lying on the floor and never placed back on the bed. There was a function hosted in a conference room right outside of our room, which went to 11:30pm Friday night. However, there is a sign/policy at the hotel that "quiet time" starts at 10pm. Additionally, there was a morning breakfast on Saturday - which again was fairly loud and disruptive. When we checked out, the front desk employee never asked how our stay was. Also, for the nightly rate we paid for Friday (in particular - as it was 2x the rate on Thursday night), I would've expected better service, a cleaner room and a room/facility that stood up to a 4 star rating.
