The location and amenities are perfect. It’s a great value with a lot of activity in the area. The beach access and chairs were worth the booking alone and the pool was fantastic. We loved the hotel and the ocean view room.

Beautiful property, very artistic, good amenities. The rooms are kind of small, and the direct access to beach is a little bit misleading because the beach is a solid two blocks away. But still a straight shot and about a five minute walk. Would stay here again. Great food at their restaurant and café. And their outdoor pool area is awesome

Pool area was beautiful, but the furniture cushions are in desperate need of being replaced. Would expect better quality with the high minimum spend to reserve them. Overall great experience! We were very satisfied with the hotel. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness. The reception staff was friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and the bed linens were changed upon request. The pool was clean. Despite the small size of the room, our stay was very comfortable. It was easy to rate the hotel highly – due to our flight delay, we even extended our booking for two more nights. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The only thing that surprised us was that you have to pay $20 per day for an umbrella on the beach (maybe this is common, but it was the first time I encountered it). Would I return here again? Definitely yes. Thank you!

I arrived an hour or so after check-in time and was told no room was available. I needed to take two work zoom calls and needed quiet and privacy so the public space options would not work. Thankfully, it got resolved but I did have to be persistent. Also, the check-in process was super slow. It took about 30 minutes for them to check in two other guests. Then, when it came to breakfast…I order their signature omelette meal and ask for mushrooms and onions. They don’t have mushrooms. Then, I switch to the signature egg dish that offers chicken sausage as a side. No chicken sausage. The service in general was lackluster given that it was not busy. People were not friendly as I would expect given the perceived vibe of the hotel. Now, the pool. They make a big deal about it but unless you’re paying $1000 or more dollars, don’t expect much. The small section for paying guests fills up quickly and has little shade. On my last day, as I’m walking down the halls I notice dirt on the walls as if a drunk person came back from the beach and left their trail. I’d assume that housekeeping would be on that immediately. It didn’t seem as if anyone cared. Overall, I was not impressed with the hotel and even left early because I was not having a good time.

The rooms are tiny, ok for one person, only queen sized beds throughout hotel against 2 walls, young people will put up with this I guess. The rooms have all necessary items. Hotel was full of airline layover staff. The hotel’s attraction is its daily pool party scene mainly frequented by hordes of people not staying at hotel.

Great property. The pool party is fun. Drinks are very expensive. The front desk employees are great. The restaurant bartender was very unprofessional, leading my friends and I to not return. All in all, it was an average experience. The bathroom shower pressure was weak and would leak.

Uncomfortable bed, poor pool service

First, we had an ocean view room, which cost more. The ocean view was a narrow strip of ocean over the roof of other buildings. Next, the bed was terrible. It was built into two walls, so that yiu could only get into the bed from one side and the doot of the bed. If you were on the right side of the bed, you literally had to crawl in. There was no chair in the room, so you were either on the bed or not. The pool service was horrible. Most of the loungers had a reserved sign, but the front desk said they were first come first served. But the pool staff said they were reserved. I found a corner to sit, and not once did the pool server staff ever approach me or ask if I needed anything. Multiple times they walked by, but ignored me.
