The check-in staff’s attitude was unpleasant. She spoke in a mechanical way, only saying what she had to, without any sense of hospitality. Overall cleanliness seemed excellent. However, I felt like I was staying in a Japanese hotel. The room and bathroom were extremely small, and the sink wasn’t even inside the bathroom. Every time I shaved at the sink located in the shoe cabinet area, I had to wave my hand to turn on the motion-sensor light. Worst of all, the window could not be opened, and there were occasional loud popping noises coming from the ventilation system, which startled me repeatedly. Considering the price, it was an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

위치가 역에서 가까워 좋았습니다. 주변에 편의점과 패스트푸드점, 아트몰링 건물이 있어 편의성이 좋습니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다. 다만 직원분들 서비스가 아쉽습니다. 프론트에 계시는 분들은 투숙객이 오고가도 인사나 눈맞춤은 커녕 고개도 들지 않으셨고요. 체크아웃 할 때에도 키를 건내 드렸더니 “처리되었다, 안녕히가십시오” 등의 말이 전혀 없으셔서 오히려 제가 주춤거리다가 발걸음을 옮겼네요. 제가 머무는 동안 프론트에 계셨던 모든 분들이 인사말 안내 등이 전체적으로 부족하셨던 것 같습니다. 지하에 있는 목욕탕(사우나) 시설과 꼭대기층 피트니스센터가 투숙객 할인 없이 유료로 운영된다는 점도 조금 당황스러웠습니다. 호텔에 속한 부대시설이라기 보다는 호텔 건물에 있는, 독립적으로 운영되는 사우나/피트니스센터로 이해하면 되는 듯 합니다... (*작년인 2025년 추석 명절에 이용했을 때는 투숙객에서 몇천원이라도 할인된 가격으로 사우나를 이용할수있게끔 하였는데, 이번 2026년 설 명절 방문시에는 그러한 할인혜택 없이 인당 12,000원 지불했습니다)
