The hotel could be really nice but it’s like stepping back into the 80s . Everything is old and dated. Never saw any staff , no safe in rooms, no tea and coffee in room , paint peeling off ceiling.

It is a lovely property, very clean and beautiful. Megan was so welcoming and made our wedding anniversary special. The balcony overlooking the pool was so peaceful and nice. There was no breakfast or dinner service as they apparently going to be doing a restoration later in the year. But there are many food places in town.

Väldigt bra läge, bara ett stenkast från city med restauranger och lite shopping och en mindre badstrand. Men hotellet i sig hade bara bemannat fram till 19 tiden vilket jag tycker är ett minus. Det var gamla möbler och kändes gammalt över lag. Minimalt badrum. Men personalen väl på plats var trevlig och jag hörde att de bara några veckor innan fått nya ägare. Så om man satsar på lite renovering kan hotellet få ett rejält lyft. Så helt ok och läget är ett stort plus!

This was a spectacularly horrific hotel stay. I would rather eat my own feces or get eaten by a shark alive than stay at this hotel again. I would rather the hotel burned down with me in it rather than allowing additional guests to stay here. If you like getting awakened by fire alarms twice per night, this is your place. If you like overpriced, squalid, musty rooms this is your place. If you enjoy lighting money on fire this your place. I would burn this hotel to the ground if I could without jail time, that’s how bad it was.

Very old bathroom with loose floor tiles. Felt more like a budget motel. Room was generally ok but bedding smelled terrible and had blood stains. Management switched it out the next day. Staff were polite and accommodating. But general amenities are almost none. No coffee maker in the room.

The staff was very pleasant, my room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, other aspects of the room were sorely lacking. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet seat did not fit straight, the carpeting was terribly stained, the screen door to the balcony was broken, and the overall look was very dated. I understand the inn is about to undergo a big upgrade, and that's a good thing. It's needed.

Amenities? What amenities? There was a pool nice, balcony nice, ice none broken machine, room above constant stomping in room above early morning and evening. Didn't clean room second day until late afternoon, came back to 4 people in the room. Refridgerator in room very noisy sounded like a machine dying. Lots of excuses from front desk about renovation starting Sept2026. So much for summer 2026 guests.😏

I was so happy with this hotel!! When I got to my room, I couldn’t find the TV remote - the woman at the desk came to help me find it and noticed that the fridge in the room was making a strange sound. She knew I needed the fridge to store insulin, so just to be safe she moved me to a different room, which I appreciated. The room was lovely - simply decorated and very cozy and spotless! The grounds are gorgeous, and even though there’s no front desk staff overnight, the hotel felt very secure. There was plenty of parking and a lot of great spots within walking distance. I recommend walking to the Oyster Pond for sunset! Overall I absolutely recommend this hotel - I will most definitely be back!

Property run down. Rm carpet disgusting No hot water 2 days Sink doesn’t drain No breakfast as advertised. Housekeeping done at 5:00 pm. Very inconvenient considering I was out of my room all day. Mgr very nice and understanding but used excuse that they’re remodeling soon over and over! However, that didn’t help me in the present. She did give me a small refund but not nearly enough to compensate for my inconveniences, eg I had to shower at a friend’s home nearby twice!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and request that you contact me for further discussion on this matter. This was booked through Expedia.

Our rooms were large, but were very dated. I was told that there will be a major renovation starting in the Fall of 2026 and the inn really needs it. The location is very good and the check-in process was wonderful. There were nice beach chairs and towels available. The major problem encountered was that the housekeeping staff did not close our door one day and left it ajar for who knows how long since we were away from the inn for 6 hours. Nothing was missing, but clean towels had not yet been replaced. The front desk person apologized and said she would address the issue with housekeeping.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed in our stay at the Queen Anne Inn. Granted, we were told that the Inn was sold last November and the new owners planned a massive renovation post Labor Day. Nonetheless, we found the current condition of the property largely in disrepair both inside and out: paint peeling; missing shingles on the roof; collapsing external structures; filthy, spotted carpeting, the swimming pool was dirty and not well maintained. Furthermore, we returned to the room late one evening to find the complete absence of wash cloths and towels (clean or otherwise) in the bathroom; problems with the laundry that day was the explanation. The trash cans were never emptied. Notably, the woman managing the front desk at the time of our departure was extremely attentive and fully sympathetic to my complaint.

Buyer beware. The hotel has photos on their website of the rooms at the property, which are not anything like the room that we had. Those rooms were lovely. This room was very old, dirty with lots of broken item - no door on closet, broken hooks in bathroom, ripped furniture, dirty beyond cleanable furniture. The hotel and Expedia do not take responsibility for their misrepresentation of the property. This hotel is very old and scheduled to be redone. They don't mention that. Would caution about trusting Expedia if this is how they are presenting the property as well.
