Overall a very good stay at the hotel. However, we have difficulty to find the reception and a parking place outside the hotel. In order to access the parking place, we need to check in first.

Hotel itself is quite nice. Access is tricky and the total absence of instructions made it hard to find the hotel itself and then the car park. Apparently direct bookings get instructions - so unfortunately Expedia customers seem to be regarded as second class patrons.

Hotel was fine and in aconvenient location. No access to underground parking garage until you are checked in, and no information on this on the website. Otherwise it did the trick.

Check in was terrifiying. Booking code I was sent did not work. No receptionist was there until 5pm. It was 0 degree outside and I had to to wait more tham an hour for the receptionist to come. If they have a partntime receptionist then they have to make sure that the booking code theysend for self check in should work. Terrible experience.

Wir haben auf dem Weg zu unserem Reiseziel eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Sauberkeit ist in diesem Hotel ein Fremdwort. Unterm Bett haben wir einen schuhkarton gefunden. Neben dem Bett auf dem Boden und unterm Nachttisch Rosenblätter. Auch unterm Bett Kondonverpackungen unf am schlimmsten neben der kinderbettmatratze ein benutztes Kondom. Eckelhaft. Als wir dies an der Rezeption meldeten kam noch nicht mal eine Entschuldigung
