Love Regency Inn. We have stayed here many times while visiting Saint Augustine. The location across the road from the beach and Pier is very nice and the price for location is superb. The staff is always helpful and friendly from check in to assisting when the TV decided to work after the power flickered. Simple room with affordable cost at a perfect location.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was clean, lots of hot water with good pressure. Fridge and microwave in room. But the headboard was peeling off in chunks. Gross. The door was scratched and dinged, just needed paint. A utility door in the hall was rusted to crap, an ugly eyesore. It’s a fantastic location, across the street from the pier and the beach. Just needs a little TLC.
