Only staff I saw was the pool/landscape staff witch was helpful. The room was pretty clean no issues there. The air conditioner was non effective to cool the room and the toilet float would get stuck open and run till you caught it. The breakfast was very good and perfectly accommodating. The pool was very nice and spacious with good seating. The grounds where dirty with trash and other things everywhere and the bushes along with other plants around the grounds where not kept up. The pool area was dirty and the water needed skimming. Old socks and flip-flops were lying around. (How does it not occur to one that they are walking back to their room with bare feet?) The refrigerator on my room had a displaced seal that prevented it from closing. I rented three rooms for a wedding party and not one had a working iron, so I had to exchange one at the front desk for one that worked for a couple minutes. There were not enough key cards available for everyone in the party. For some reason, the shower curtain rod was outside the perimeter of the tub, and the curtain too short to reach. But there were bath mats for the inevitable flooding. That said, the A/C meant business and the bed was comfortable and appeared clean. USB outlets were provided at the bedside and actually worked. The pool actualy has a 10' section! The staff seemed nice. Breakfast was the typical US Foods, frozen, heat-em-up fare.

We have stayed at this Best Western location many times over the last 5 or 6 years, but this was our worst experience. The rooms were mostly clean. The breakfast was mostly fine. The staff was mostly friendly. The pool was not clean - as in, we couldn't swim in it - and we came during spring break. My biggest issue was with the person at the front desk when we checked in. He was friendly and professional initially. But his response when I asked
