The staff members were friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only hiccup was the coffee machine in the breakfast area was broken

This was a last-minute reservation, as we had been on the road for 8+ hours. First impressions pretty much always set the tone, and Maya was wonderful! She was such a pleasure to talk with; answered all of our questions. The breakfast was delish, and the breakfast attendants were kind when we goofed up trying to make waffles. :) We made a great choice staying here. If we are ever back in the Biloxi area, this will definitely be our go-to hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. We did not have their breakfast nor use the pool but the lobby was very clean and the pool area was very clean. The bed was so comfortable and I could have slept all day in it. The shower floor was kinda of slippery but the shower itself was very spacious and water pressure felt great! The lighting in the bathroom could have been a little brighter but we managed. Overall it was a great stay and we will stay again.

Didn't expect the hotel to be as nice as it was. Was just a rest stop on my way to New Orleans. Surprisingly everything was nice and new, very clean. Would definitely stop there again.

This hotel was very nice. My only 2 negatives were 1. The television had a fairly small channel list 2. The elevator was broken for the entirety of our stay but that will probably be a short lived problem

Staff and everything was all great. Pool was smaller than expected. Breakfast was pretty bad, they only had breakfast bars and bananas. We skipped on that and walked to Waffle House instead.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The check in/check out staff (Ashley and Teresa) was so nice and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. I have zero complaints. I most definitely will stay at the hotel again while visiting the MS Gulf Coast.

The staff at this property was very good during our check in. We’re in our 70s and the elevator was out of order. Two maids volunteered to carry our bags up to third floor, thankfully. The A/C was very loud and disturbing. The front desk in the morning informed us that the elevator was still out of order, but did not offer any assistance with our luggage down the three flights of stairs. This could have been a complete disaster if one of us tripped with our luggage down the stairs, but fortunately we made it safely to the lobby.

This was a quick stay with kids in a new hotel featuring two clean queen beds and professionally made beds. The front desk staff provided great customer service, though the pool looked a little tiny from the parking lot. We did not use the pool during our visit.

My sister and I went out and on return to the room that night there was a problem. Michael the desk person for over night solved our problem quickly. We were put in a new room promptly problem solved and a very satisfied customer.
