We booked this hotel thinking it was the best hotel in Eilat. The facilities in the hotel itself are beautiful however the staff is very rude and not helpful the air condition did not work in most of the places we were and did not work efficiently in our rooms as well which was very hot over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed. The food at the hotel was mediocre with a touch of luxury but nothing compared to the uncomfortable beds and hard like rock pillows. The hotel was pretty expensive and I will not stay here again for sure. I've been to other less expensive hotels in the area and they are better by far.

Disappointing for a hotel at this price point We stayed for three nights with our 8.5-month-old baby. The room itself was fine, but being given a room with internal stairs when travelling with a baby and a stroller showed a lack of consideration. Breakfast was generous and good. Unfortunately, the real issues lie elsewhere. Despite clear no-smoking rules, guests smoke freely around the hotel, including on the breakfast terrace and by the pool. When asked to intervene, staff simply respond that it is “not their job.” This is unacceptable. Worse, guests also smoke cannabis, with the smell drifting into the hotel itself. The pool area is far from relaxing, with guests playing music through their own speakers and bringing their own bottles of spirits, including vodka. It creates an atmosphere that feels more like a public beach than a luxury hotel. The gym is decent, but access to the spa is only included if you book a treatment. At €600–700 per night, I expect a much higher standard of service, comfort and facilities. Several areas of the hotel also clearly need maintenance. I appreciate that Royal Beach may be considered one of the best hotels in Eilat, but for travellers accustomed to high-end hotels internationally, the gap between the price charged and the experience delivered is hard to ignore. The hotel has potential, but management needs to take much greater responsibility for enforcing its own rules and maintaining the standards expected at this price point.

A first rate stay in Eilat. Beachfront. Easy walk to promenade and the water. Hotel pools are plentiful and cooling. Very roomy accommodation, comfortable bed, large bathroom, enough for two. Plenty of closet space. Balcony to sit on any time of day gives a great view of Eilat and Aqaba. Breakfast to suit any palate. Would stay again.

We stayed with our 3 year old son and enjoyed the pool, the beach and dining room. There is a toddler game room which was very lovely too. The staff were all welcoming and helpful.

Mon mari a ete malade 4 jours. Mon beau frere et mou avons eu mal au ventre et 24 heures de diahrees. Plus, quand on.paye des sommes aussi importante en hiver , la piscine pourrait etre chaufee....ou donner l acces au spa l hiver.

Beautiful stay.

It was our anniversary and on our first night there was some kind of a party with loud noise until 1 am. The next morning we complained and they moved us to a wonderful suite with a huge balcony with a hot tub and a beautiful view of the beach. We were pleasantly surprised and appreciated the service. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we experienced. A beautiful hotel and will certainly come back if we have a chance.

Exceptionnel ! Meilleur hôtel à Eilat

Séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement luxueux. Tout était parfait ! Tout d’abord, excellent accueil par Elena à la réception. Nous avions une très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer rouge. Nous avions également l’accès au Lounge où Moran s’est occupée de nous à la perfection. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est délicieux et je vous recommande également de dîner au Ranch House le restaurant de l’hôtel: service de rêve assurée par David ainsi que Shahar le manager. Il a deux très belles piscines et un accès direct à la mer. C’est sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel à Eilat et un des meilleurs en Israël.

Bel hotel, mais service très moyen. Pas de bouteil d’eau disponible pour les clients de l’hotel. Le maitre nageur de la piscine est assez exécrable avec les enfants !

Parfait

Séjour en avril donc nous avions demandé avant la réservation si l’eau de la piscine était chauffée et cela nous a été confirmé mais hélas à notre arrivé ce n’était pas le cas , nous avons été dédommager avec un accès VIP pour le petit déjeuner et l’accès au sauna et club VIP pendant notre séjour ! La directrice était d’une ‘grande amabilité . 1 seul bémol le parking est jamais disponible et il faut payer les place dans la rue

The reception staff not very friendly/amenable The room according to your description should have had an accessible bathtub. All rooms of this grade only had showers with no handrails. Asked for a room with bathtub wanted over £100 extra per night! The room which was quite spacious had 3 steps on entering the room! No warning signs nor from staff. And had 3 dark steps from the bedroom into the lounge. Being positive the restarant breakfast and the staff there were excellent and attentive. In conclusion - hotel excellent except for no bathtub and the potential dangerous 2 sets of steps inside room and had we known would not have t booked the room.
