The hotel has great perks like an espresso machine in the lobby, pancakes available for breakfast, drink vouchers, and amenities in the lobby like pajamas, slippers, and toothbrushes. Our family of 4 had two adjoining rooms which worked out well. The shower is amazing and luxurious with so many nozzles!
The negatives are that the front desk staff is not super helpful. They won't make reservations for you, which is a bit frustrating considering some restaurants we wanted require reservations to come in Japanese from hotel staff. This policy was upsetting given the cost of the hotel.
The bar seems to be closed always, even during hours when it says it's open. You can use your drink vouchers there or to get beer cans or juice from the lobby, and we were never able to use our vouchers at the bar.
The property is an 8-10 minute walk from any train station. Just keep that in mind if you are planning to come straight from the airport. There's a Don Quijote and a Family Mart super close by, which are convenient.
Lastly, there are no closets. There are a few hooks on the wall with some hangers, but no real surface area to unpack. I had read this in advance so packed using packing cubes as makeshift drawers. We kept the suitcases under the beds because the rooms aren't big enough to leave them open against a wall.
Overall decent stay with some inconveniences.
