When we arrived late in the evening, the situation at reception was quite chaotic, but it was clearly not the hotel’s fault. Hotels.com had apparently confirmed several family room bookings that were actually not available, so there were multiple families waiting, and some guests understandably became very upset. I would especially like to compliment the hotel staff. They remained incredibly calm, professional, and kind despite the very stressful situation and the fact that a few guests completely lost their temper. They quickly found a great solution for us by giving us two separate rooms instead of a family room, at no extra charge. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it as a convenient overnight stop during a longer road trip.

Dont waste your time in this HOTEL

We booked a room for 3 people. There wasn't even room for 2 people. A very very small room. The carpet was filthy and very dirty, there were still empty bottles and rubbish from previous guests in the room. Air conditioning didn't work and if you open the windows you can't sleep because of the street noise. We couldn't sleep until 4 pm, the reception is only open until 10 pm. so we wait until morning and report the problem about air conditioning and they were not even sorry. The receptionist told me that "you could just sleep without thinking about air conditioning". But when the temperature is 28 degrees and you are 3 people in a small room, you can't just sleep!!

Das B&B bietet guten Service und eine innenstadtnahe Lage. Frühstück ist reichlich und es gab auch genügend Sitzplätze. Leider sind die Fenster schlecht isoliert, so dass die Hauptstraße sehr laut zu hören ist - bei geschlossenen Fenstern im 7. Stock könnte man sogar die Menschen auf der Straße reden hören. Auch die Lüftung im Bad ist zu laut. Ansonsten alles okay, für eine Nacht empfehlenswert.
