As for the staff, I have a walker, the front desk manager, Kim Wiggins noticed that i was having difficulty with a cab ride to the medical convention, she came over asked if she could help, on her own paying attention to the room and guests in the entire rea, I was hesitant, but she said she would see what she could do, soon the manager, Laura Griffith came over, and offered to take me, I was amazed, Not only took me but picked me up, and finally dropped me over a third time refused compensation. I am amazed, both were pleasant, engaged, and helped me out in a really important event for me. I have stayed at Sheraton prior, but my choice, will be Marriott from now on. I will tell anyone Marriott is the go-to destination' My daughter in law works for Creative Planning in Overland Park after my stay finished, I informed her if she has any out-of-town guests, she must use your facility.
