The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The breakfast food was good, but there were a couple days where it was like they gave up on breakfast with an hour to go until it closed. They ran out of a lot of items, and when I asked the front desk about a couple of items, his response was “yeah, she’s in the kitchen somewhere. Just knock and she should be around.
The room had water damage on the ceiling. When I brought it up to the clerk after first checking in, I was told they knew about it and to come back and let them know if there’s any new moisture.
The tv didn’t work from the moment we got there. I messaged through the app about the issue, and the hotel never got back to me. I had young children with me, so I went to the front desk about it, but their solution was to move us to another room because they had no idea how to fix it.
There was a patch of black mold above the mirror in the bathroom that we didn’t notice until the last of three nights. Based on their responses to everything else, we didn’t report that to the front desk.
The fitness center machines were missing pieces, so the amount of weight couldn’t be adjusted, and some machines didn’t work at all.
The size of the room was very nice, and it did have a really nice fridge. The A/C unit worked very well also.
